Advanced Self Storage - Richmond

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Advanced Self Storage Richmond! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional customer service and a friendly atmosphere. The facility is clean, well-lit, and feels incredibly secure, which gave me peace of mind about leaving my belongings there. I also appreciated that the lockers can be accessed 365 days per year. One of the most thoughtful gestures was receiving a handwritten thank you card from the facility by mail. It was such a nice touch that truly made me feel valued as a customer, and it’s the kind of personalized service that sets Advanced Self Storage Richmond apart. Overall, this facility exceeded my expectations in every way. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend!

I called a few storage companies before calling Advanced Self Storage. What a HUGE difference in customer service. The fellow I spoke with was so very friendly and suggested I visit the location to decide if I wanted to store my belongings with them. When I arrived I was greeted by super friendly staff and the facility is kept quite well. I decided right away that Advanced was the right place for me. I sincerely recommend Advanced Self Storage to anyone needing storage.

What can I say about this storage building, FANTASTIC. I used other storage places in North America and most of the staff are moody, heartless, cold-blooded, impassive, ruthless, etc. But the Advanced staffs are very enthusiastic and very proud of their features that they offer. They are knowledgeable in giving tips on how to store my stuff. There is only a few options in Richmond that offers climate control, and Advanced is one of those who offer this. With no hesitation, I did not even bother to shop around the area and check the others’ prices. Thanks to all the staff member from Arthur to Michael and to Hoyi (forgot her name, but I think that’s her name). As what they stated from their Welcome Email, “I am in good hands now”.

This is my third time with Advanced. I love them. I guess that's a strange thing to say about a storage company, but when you need storage, you really need storage, and it sure is nice when the company is honest, friendly, aboveboard, and affordable, with the great bonus of friendly, competent staff. I had my stuff in here for 5 years previously, and the site is clean and well-kept, with spacious, climate-controlled units. And the people are always so great. The previous guy that I interacted with, whose name I sadly forget, was absolutely wonderful, and I was very happy to discover that the newest staff members are just as great. They go out of their way to make sure that everything is right and that our experience there is a good one. For instance, they noted when I said I was going to start the move in, and when I didn't manage to get there that day, they gave me a call in the evening to see if I wanted them to leave the company lock on the unit or take it off for an early entry the next day. I could give lots of other examples, but it would take too much room. And meanwhile, I got a 5x5 locker for less than half the price that I was quoted at Maple Leaf Storage. There's no downside. I'm a fan.
