Needed storage for short period of time as moving 2 hours away and again chose Advanced Storage in Richmond BC . Very accommodating ,relaxed, friendly with exceptional Customer Service. I know that the staff at AS look after their customers because I received a call advising I had incorrectly placed my lock and what did I want to do , I was offered extended days at my need and was helped with some left over boxes to mention a few situations. I definitely recommend using Advanced Storage whether for long or short time needs. Along with my other positive experiences , it was clean , accessible and great pricing . Very nice and clean facility, Walter and Hoyi is friendly and able to answer all the questions I have. They showed me what size is available at the moment and recommended me a decent one with good price. Overall, I am happy with the friendly service!
