The service here is phenomenal. I have dealt with a number of employees and every one has gone above and beyond to help me and my family during a very difficult move. The location is clean and secure, and rates are reasonable. I cannot recommend Advanced Self Storage enough.

Needed storage for short period of time as moving 2 hours away and again chose Advanced Storage in Richmond BC . Very accommodating ,relaxed, friendly with exceptional Customer Service. I know that the staff at AS look after their customers because I received a call advising I had incorrectly placed my lock and what did I want to do , I was offered extended days at my need and was helped with some left over boxes to mention a few situations. I definitely recommend using Advanced Storage whether for long or short time needs. Along with my other positive experiences , it was clean , accessible and great pricing . Great service from all staff - thank you Always clean and organized facility. We used the lockers here when we moved, you can transfer to larger and smaller lockers which was perfect as we transitioned our belongings to a new home. Highly recommend this company.
