I’ve done business with several storage facilities over the years, but Sentinel Storage in Richmond BC is Top Notch! I needed a secure place to store my travel van while cruising to Alaska. They not only provided friendly professional service, but the best deal ever! Don, the manager provided great communication throughout the process and I felt confident all would be well. The facility is very clean and secure. If you’re looking for storage- this is the place, 10 stars!

Don was absolutely amazing! From the phone call to confirm my tour time, at the counter greeting me with such warmth and friendly approach that already I felt at ease as this was my first time to be in a storage facility, to the tour itself, and lastly guided me through the paper work with the best pricing he could offer. I will highly recommend to my family and friends. The facility itself is spot-free clean, climate controlled, organized, quiet, high security, and smelled nothing (which is a good and huge factor comparing to others I have visited). I have had to go in my storage twice this week (my first) and just been a breeze, with the carts and elevator making it so accessible. - Grit & Guide 604

Varun was one of the best employees that I could have had… We were running quite late and the place was closing and they had done everything with me online just prior to make sure that I could be there late and get into my new unit. Highly recommend this central storage. They really care.
