I have been renting a storage unit at Storguard Richmond on an annual contract, and my experience has been excellent. The facility is exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and clearly managed with a lot of care and attention to detail.
One thing that really stands out is the design of the facility — the ceilings are very high, the air circulation is great, and the space feels fresh and comfortable rather than enclosed like many storage facilities. The amenities are also excellent, including clean washrooms, plenty of carts available to move items around, and convenient stairs for accessing upper-level storage units.
There is also lots of parking, which makes loading and unloading very easy and stress-free.
I also want to recognize Rico for the outstanding customer service. Rico has been professional, helpful, and great to deal with throughout my experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Storguard Richmond to anyone looking for a clean, well-organized, and high-quality storage facility.

Been a customer since 2021, I decided to store my stuff for its proximity (from my house and train station).
Clean and well maintained, both inside the storage as well as parking lot.
The rental price (for my 5 x 10 storage)since 2021 keeps increasing and I hope I will get a discount offer as loyal customer soon.

I’ve been to the Richmond location before I moved in my stuff. The staff Harry and Rico helped me in two different days. Both of them are very friendly, professional and patient. They showed me the unit and explained the break-down costs. I chose to move in the 2nd time I stopped by. Rico prepared the paperwork and went through the steps and terms in detail. Rico is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this storage. It’s clean and well-organized. The Storguard business is in large scale, and the site is under 24 hours video surveillance. The price is more affordable and reasonable compared with some other storage providers.

A slice of storage heaven!
Storgaurd appeared to us in our time of need.
Bright, clean and accessible; we were greeted by Harry (aka Happy Manager) and a large scale piece of colourful art by local artist John Ferrie.
Harry and his colleague were courteous, accommodating and addressed our storage needs with grace.
For now, Storgaurd is home to our life’s possessions after facing a very stressful and unscrupulous reno-victim in Vancouver. We feel confident that our belongings will be safe, clean and cared for as we continue our home search in this inhospitable housing market.
Thank you Harry and Storgaurd for being a bright spot on a difficult journey.

I’ve been very happy with my experience at Storguard Richmond. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained, but what really stands out is the customer service.
Rico, the Property Manager, has always been very friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve dealt with him. He takes the time to answer questions, explains everything clearly, and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in providing good service.
It’s always a pleasure dealing with someone who is approachable and easy to communicate with. His positive attitude and professionalism make the whole experience much easier and more comfortable.
Thank you, Rico, for all your help and great service. I would definitely recommend Storguard Richmond to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and reliable storage facility.
