Very clean and secure location, friendly staff and i was able to purchase months in advance easily. Shop inside that had good locks, vehicle access with a trolley to transfer items to the units. Great place to store your stuff!

It’s a really great, clean, and safe storage facility. The 24/7 availability for outside lockers is convenient and easy to use. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and are quick to reply to emails and phone calls. 100% would use again!

Wonderful staff and customer service. I rented a small locker here very last minute, short term and Rico and the team were super helpful. I had also called the Vancouver branch and they were also super kind and professional as well. I ended up chosing the Richmond location because of logistics. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience at Storguard Richmond. We stored our luggage in a small locker and the process was simple and easy. Rico, who helped us, was very polite, helpful, and just an all-round nice guy. Highly recommend!
