I have been renting a storage unit at Storguard Richmond on an annual contract, and my experience has been excellent. The facility is exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and clearly managed with a lot of care and attention to detail.
One thing that really stands out is the design of the facility — the ceilings are very high, the air circulation is great, and the space feels fresh and comfortable rather than enclosed like many storage facilities. The amenities are also excellent, including clean washrooms, plenty of carts available to move items around, and convenient stairs for accessing upper-level storage units.
There is also lots of parking, which makes loading and unloading very easy and stress-free.
I also want to recognize Rico for the outstanding customer service. Rico has been professional, helpful, and great to deal with throughout my experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Storguard Richmond to anyone looking for a clean, well-organized, and high-quality storage facility.

I’ve been to the Richmond location before I moved in my stuff. The staff Harry and Rico helped me in two different days. Both of them are very friendly, professional and patient. They showed me the unit and explained the break-down costs. I chose to move in the 2nd time I stopped by. Rico prepared the paperwork and went through the steps and terms in detail. Rico is very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this storage. It’s clean and well-organized. The Storguard business is in large scale, and the site is under 24 hours video surveillance. The price is more affordable and reasonable compared with some other storage providers.

Rico has been super helpful and friendly today. I speak Mandarin, my friend speak Cantonese. Rico communicated with us so fluently. And the storage itself is between Vancouver and Richmond, very convenient. 5 mins to skytrain. Nice and clean and safe and heated. Best experience

Have been a repeat customer at Storguard in Richmond for a number of years, and we keep coming back! Whenever we need a unit, we are able to go in and get one the same day. Staff are very accommodating, courteous and always very helpful when it comes to anything we need! We have been helped on different occasions by the whole team including Rico Lee, the property manager, and can attest to receiving excellent service each and every time we are there. Highly recommend Storguard especially the Richmond location! 5 stars ✨

Well, not often I leave a review unless I am totally impressed with the service and business.
I am John F and my brother and I needed a storage facility for some personal items as we were combining two homes and relocating to a home together.
I will mention I was a manager of a storage facility back in the late 1980's so I was a little fussy when picking a storage facility.
After shopping around for a storage place that provided MONTHLY rates and not EVERY 4 weeks rates I decided on Storguard in Richmond. Both staff members Rico and Harry were awesome to deal with and knew and filled our storage needs promptly. The place is meticulously clean easy to access. As of today we are moving to an outside accessable unit with 24/7 access via the gate/code.
